Kids Express Kick-Off!

Please join us Wednesday, August 25 from 6 - 7:30 pm for a pool party to kick off the start of Kids Express! There will be Ice Cream Sundaes, Fishing, and Swimming! This will be for children grades 1 - 5 at the home of Kim and Randy Harris.

Kids Express for Fall 2010 will begin on Wednesday, September 1st from 6:45- 8 pm. It is for ages 3 years (child must be 3 by September 1, 2010) to 5th grade, and meets in the preschool area off of the main lobby. Please register in advance here. We hope to see you there!

Kids Express

Kids Express is an innovative ministry for children to learn music, art, and drama in an environment that nurtures creativity. What would the world be like without the music of J.S. Bach, the beauty of a Michelangelo, or the works of C.S. Lewis? Through out history, many great talents have emerged from the church, gaining inspiration from the majesty and glory of God. Expressing our love for God is something that is intrinsic in us from the time we are born. We were created to praise Him! Creative expression glorifies God and touches the spirit in a way that nothing else can. We need to cultivate that creativity in the church and in our children. Expression is an integral part of worship and through learning to express them creatively, children can learn how to truly worship God. Kids Express is about teaching kids to do just that - express their love for Jesus while cultivating their talents to glorify and honor Him!

themselves in a Christian environment creative praise for a creative God God given talents that golrify Him joy in the artistry of His creation! Kids Express is for children ages 3 through 5th grade and meets on Wednesdays evenings from 6:45 p.m. to 8:00 during the school year.
