WHAT IS A MONDAY NEIGHBOR?
Monday Neighbor is an outreach strategy that encourages WCC members to invest themselves in the lives of others. Our aim is that every Monday each person will decide who and how they will invest in the life of someone during the following week.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Invite a neighbor to dinner
- Have a cup of coffee with a co-worker
- Call or email someone you've met through a school or professional organization
- Give a gift card to a waiter or cashier
- Run an errand for someone God places in your path
NEED HELP BEING A MONDAY NEIGHBOR?
Help is on the way! Monday Neighbors doesn't have to cost anything to be effective. However, sometimes it might involve extra money that you don't have. We don't want this to factor to keep you from being a Monday Neighbor. So, if you have a plan that involves funds and we can help, then we would love to. Simply email Kim Harris at kim@westcobbchurch.com or fill out the Monday Neighbor Reimbursement form. Once the request has been approved, simply bring us the receipts and we'll reimburse you.
